The primary interface to connect to an IBM i server is a telnet-Client with special extensions - called tn5250. So you cannot directly use a browser to connect and work on IBM i, you need to download a client software. Besides that, you can use ssh to work on shell level, or there are other programming IDE software like VS Code etc. Check out the download section on the "links" page.
