If you cannot connect your GreenScreen (aka: TN5250 or iACS) session, please verify the following:
- check your general internet connection by opening a web site. Then check, if https://pub400.com is reachable. If an error occurs, the system might be in maintenance mode.
- Check if your firewall allows outgoing connections to the following target ports: 23 (telnet), 992 (Telnet-SSL), 8470-8479 (Client Access), 9470-9479 (Client Access-SSL). You also can check by opening a DOS command window and entering: TELNET PUB400.COM - a signon screen should appear.
- Check connectivity to other websites or services. Monitor your local firewall settings.
